As he prepares to travel to Morocco for one of the key international tournaments of the season, Thomas North shares his thoughts on representing the United States, his goals for this edition, and what a victory would mean at this stage of his career.
How do you feel about representing your country in Morocco?
Thomas speaks with confidence and enthusiasm about the opportunity.
“I feel great about representing my country in Morocco this year. We have a very strong team and I’m confident we’ll do really well,” he says.
For him, wearing the USA colors is both an honor and a responsibility, and it fuels his motivation to keep pushing his level.
What are you most looking forward to in this tournament?
His focus is clear: improve, grow, and play better than last season.
“What I’m looking forward to the most is playing much better than I did last year and playing more as a team,” he explains.
Thomas has been competing nonstop since last year, and he sees this tournament as the perfect moment to show that progress on the field.
What would it mean for you to win this competition?
Winning in Morocco would be a milestone.
“It would mean a lot to win this competition. I’ve been playing nonstop since last year and I’m hoping to see and show that improvement on the field,” he says.
For Thomas, a title would validate the work he has put in and mark an important step in his development as a player.

¿Cómo te sentís representando a tu país en Marruecos?
Thomas transmite seguridad y entusiasmo.
“Me siento muy bien representando a mi país en Marruecos este año. Tenemos un equipo muy fuerte y estoy seguro de que vamos a hacer un gran papel”, afirma.
Para él, vestir los colores de Estados Unidos es un honor que lo impulsa a seguir creciendo.
¿Qué es lo que más esperás de este torneo?
Su objetivo principal es claro: elevar su nivel y fortalecer el juego colectivo.
“Lo que más espero es poder jugar mucho mejor que el año pasado y jugar más como equipo”, explica.
Thomas viene compitiendo sin pausa desde el año pasado y siente que este torneo será el escenario ideal para mostrar esa evolución.
¿Qué significaría para vos ganar esta competencia?
La posibilidad de ganar en Marruecos tiene un valor especial.
“Significaría muchísimo ganar esta competencia. He estado jugando sin parar desde el año pasado y espero poder ver —y mostrar— esa mejora en la cancha”, asegura.
Para Thomas, un título internacional sería la confirmación del trabajo realizado y un impulso para lo que viene.
