Standing Rock delivered a standout performance at Cheshire Polo Club by winning the National 4 Goal VL tournament after an impressive run of victories. Following two convincing wins in the lead‑up to the final, the team secured the historic trophy with a 9–3 victory over El Arroyito, in front of a large and enthusiastic crowd.
The final also saw rising talent Leo Stuart step in for Philipp Müller, who was sidelined due to injury. Stuart adapted quickly to the team’s rhythm and contributed to a solid, well‑executed match that kept Standing Rock in control from start to finish.
Presented since 1905, the National 4 Goal trophy is one of the oldest and most traditional prizes in UK polo. Standing Rock’s triumph adds a meaningful chapter to the club’s season and highlights the team’s consistency, teamwork and competitive spirit.
