Adelante venció este domingo a Battistoni por 6 a 4 1/2 y se consagró campeón del Open de Gassin 2024 luego de la final jugada en la cancha 1 del Polo Club Saint Tropez.
El equipo conformado por Cyril Lignac, Matías Nigoul Jr., Horacio Fernández Llorente y Lucas Nottin supo cómo encontrar el camino hacia la victoria sobre todo en los primeros dos chukkers que pudo sacar una buena ventaja. Enfrente, Battistoni, con Allegra y Alessandro Barnaba, junto a Marcos Harriott y Juan Jauretche hicieron todo lo posible por remontar el resultado.
De esta manera, Adelante obtiene este título del Open de Gassin 2024. En tanto, Horacio Fernández Llorente fue el MVP La Martina y Matías Nigoul Jr. fue el goleador del encuentro. Open Boletera, jugada por Nigoul, fue el Mejor Ejemplar Inscripto Polo Argentino y Acusada, jugada por Lucas Nottin, se quedó con la manta del torneo.
La temporada continuará con la Ambassadors Cup con 10 equipos que ya están en Saint Tropez esperando el comienzo del torneo.
