El domingo 16 de junio se jugará la final de la Queen’s Cup, también llamada Copa de la Reina en el tradicional club de Guards. De esta manera se enfrentarán La Dolfina Great Oaks vs Talandracas.
Uno de los torneos más prestigiosos del mundo dentro del polo se estará definiendo mañana en el tradicional club de Guards. Y si hablamos del Guards, sin dudas nos referimos a la Queen’s Cup, torneo que tendrá un campeón en el partido que jugarán La Dolfina Great Oaks vs Talandracas.
En este contexto y desde las 15:30 de Inglaterra, se definirá el campeón de la Queen’s Cup 2024 que sin dudas tendrá dentro del campo de juego una mezcla de experiencia y juventud. De un lado Poroto Cambiaso, quien jugará su primera final de la Copa de la Reina, contra Polito Pieres, quien viene de ser campeón en dos oportunidades (2021/2023).

Esto demuestra que el joven polista ya es una realidad y que tiene mucho futuro por delante. A esto, hay que sumarle que en el último tiempo tuvo varios encuentros frente a Polito Pieres, la figura de Talandracas contra quien se enfrentará en la final de mañana domingo.
En 2024, Poroto (18 años) y Polito (37) ya se cruzaron tres veces, fue en USA y en todas ganó el hijo de Cambiaso. Mientras que en 2023 en Triple Corona, jugando por La Dolfina y La Hache se enfrentaron otras dos veces: Zona Palermo, La Dolfina 16-12, Final Hurlingham , La Dolfina 18-13.
