Morocco’s Coupe du Trône de Polo 2025: A Royal Showcase of Talent
From July 21 to 27, Morocco will host the third edition of the Coupe du Trône de Polo, a tournament that blends royal tradition, national pride and international sporting spirit. Held under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the event will take place across two iconic venues: the Royal Guard Polo Club in Rabat and PGH Polo Club La Palmeraie in Assilah.
This year’s edition features six teams divided into two competitive zones, each representing a unique blend of experience, youth and regional identity.
Zone A
- La Garde Royale

The qualifying rounds will be played in Assilah, with the final showdown set for Rabat. The tournament not only highlights Morocco’s growing polo infrastructure but also reflects the country’s commitment to developing equestrian sports through its national federation.
As anticipation builds, the Coupe du Trône continues to position Morocco as a rising force in the global polo scene—where tradition meets ambition on horseback.
