Victory/Eastern Hay Crowned Champions of the 2026 U.S. Women’s Open Polo Championship

The 2026 edition of the U.S. Women’s Open Polo Championship concluded at the National Polo Center in Wellington, Florida, with Victory/Eastern Hay defeating La Dolfina 7–5 in a thrilling final. The tournament, recognized as the most prestigious women’s polo competition in the United States, brought together seven teams with handicaps up to 23 goals.

The event began on January 28 with a dynamic format featuring preliminary matches of four chukkers. Teams included La Dolfina, Buena Vibra, Victory/Eastern Hay, Don George Polo, Las Brisas, Flying H, and Aurora Polo. After the group stage, the top four advanced to the semifinals, setting the stage for the decisive clash between La Dolfina and Victory/Eastern Hay.

The final was closely contested, but Victory/Eastern Hay pulled ahead to secure the title. For Milly Hine, it marked her third U.S. Women’s Open triumph, while Hazel Jackson was named MVP of the final thanks to her decisive performance. The Best Playing Pony award went to Bancada, ridden by Hine.

This year’s championship also highlighted emerging talent, including the debut of 14-year-old Mora Castagnola with La Dolfina, underscoring the tournament’s role in showcasing the next generation of players.

With roots dating back to the 1930s and a permanent place in the USPA calendar, the U.S. Women’s Open Polo Championship continues to stand as a global reference point for women’s polo, combining tradition, competition, and excellence.
