Day by Day: Chestertons Polo in the Park

Over the course of the three-day polo festival, there will be six city teams competing from the financial capitals of the world, putting on a thrilling performance for all to enjoy.

Friday 7th June – International Friday, sponsored by Northern Data Group and presented by City A.M

Friday will be an action-packed day designed to kick start the summer season. The tournament will include the first city teams taking to the hallowed turf of Hurlingham Park for three gripping matches over the afternoon, as well as the eagerly anticipated battle for the Olympic Trophy, where England will take on USA in a fast-paced international match to win this historical trophy. Taking place on the opening day of the festival, England will look to retain the trophy following a nail biting win against Ireland in 2023.

Friday is the perfect setting to entertain friends and clients or host the ultimate office summer party, whilst enjoying the world class hospitality in the new VIP areas that Chestertons Polo in the Park is set to deliver.

Saturday 8th June – Ladies Day presented by SheerLuxe

Raise a glass and join Chestertons Polo in the Park as Saturday celebrations kick off with Ladies Day. Guests are invited to enjoy the live music, DJs, Fulham Food Festival, luxury shopping village and fabulous gardens and bars. Watch the polo and enjoy London’s best summer day party from the Champagne Lanson Garden and the renowned Mahiki Tent.

Sunday 11th June – Family & Final’s Day

Sunday provides a fitting finale to the three day polo festival. The Sunday morning begins with a ‘pitch invasion’ which hosts London’s largest kids party hosted by the famous and much-loved children’s party entertainers, Sharky and George. Offering endless kid’s games, alongside the opportunity to learn to play polo, improve rugby and football skills or to just bounce the day away in the Little Hooves Kids Club.

The afternoon sees the culmination of three days of polo, as the champions of the festival are crowned followed by the Chestertons Polo in the Park ultimate Mahiki Day party to finish the weekend off in style.

This year, Chestertons Polo in the Park promises to deliver a bigger and better polo festival than ever before. Continuing the tradition of bringing world-class polo to the capital, the fast-paced, modern day format of the polo makes one of the oldest equestrian sports easier for both newcomers and returning dedicated polo fans to enjoy.
