“We are very excited for our early ski season opening!” says Marriott. “We have a Pre-Arrival Concierge that reaches out to all our guests prior to the start of their Snowmass Ski Vacation. The guest’s arrival details are noted, and their transportation options are offered.” This personalized touch ensures that everything is taken care of before guests even arrive. “Dining and ‘Happening’ suggestions are shared with our guests before they check in,” she adds.
Snowmass, being a small and easily navigable ski town, is made even more convenient with Coraltree’s complimentary In-Town Shuttles, scheduled through a customized ride-share app. “When the guest is in house, our front desk teams are happy to assist our guests in any way,” Marriott notes.
New Amenities and Services
This year, Coraltree Residence Collection has introduced several new amenities and services to enhance the stay of ski enthusiasts and winter travelers. One notable addition is a customized Complimentary In-Town Shuttle ride-share app (Downtowner app). “Our shuttles have always been complimentary; now guests can call our shuttles via the app instead of calling the front desk,” explains Marriott.
Another key feature is the Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery service. “When you walk into your Snowmass residence, your refrigerator and cabinets will be stocked and ready to enjoy,” says Marriott, ensuring guests can spend more time on the slopes and less time shopping for groceries.
Additionally, the Stonebridge Inn is introducing a new and well-established restaurant and bar in the valley, set to open on December 15, 2024.
Most Requested Features
When asked about the most requested features or services as the ski season kicks off, Marriott highlights a few standouts. “The Aspen Airport shuttle is popular as even more direct flights into Aspen have been added. We are 15 minutes away from the Aspen Airport, so we are in an excellent location here in Snowmass,” she says.
Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery is another top request. “We rise early, make a quick breakfast, and put our skis on to hop on the gondola early,” she notes. Having a stocked refrigerator allows guests to maximize their time on the slopes.
Confirming lift tickets, equipment rentals, and lessons early is also essential. “Our Pre-Arrival Concierge ensures their order is complete, and they have their confirmations prior to their arrival,” says Marriott.
In-residence equipment rentals have become increasingly popular as well, allowing guests to have their gear delivered and fitted in the comfort of their Snowmass home away from home.
Finally, pools and hot tubs are a must-have for many guests. “Sitting in the hot tub in the snow is one of the most magical experiences one can have. Our properties offer this amenity,” she adds.
